  • Hello! Welcome

I’m Srujan Marka, a food process engineering graduate student with over 13 years of food industry experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and sustainable production.

My journey has taken me from pharmaceutical sciences in India to food innovation labs in Canada, and now into cutting-edge academic research.

I’m passionate about creating smarter, cleaner, and more efficient food systems. Whether it’s optimizing a product line to reduce waste, ensuring label compliance for regulatory standards, or diving deep into analytical chemistry during research — I thrive at the intersection of science, innovation, and real-world impact.

Currently, I’m pursuing my Master of Engineering at Western University, London, ON, where I’m exploring advanced process technologies that contribute to sustainable food processing.

My work is grounded in a strong technical foundation and a commitment to continuous learning. Beyond the lab or office, I enjoy simplifying complex problems, mentoring peers, and turning big ideas into practical solutions.

Let’s connect — I’m always excited to collaborate on projects that make food systems safer, more sustainable, and future-ready.
